How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £6.95 to cover our premium secure packaging and courier costs. If your order exceeds £100 (after discount codes applied) you will automatically have free delivery applied.

How long will my delivery take?

UK delivery will usually be made within 3-5 working days (but sometimes quicker) with some exceptions outside of the UK mainland and in Scotland. This excludes bank holidays, please allow allow an extra day for delivery on bank holiday weekends.

If you need delivery urgently or to take place on a specific date please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

Please note during adverse weather conditions, peak holiday periods or other unforeseen events, we may not be able to guaranteed delivery within the specified timeframe.

Our couriers take responsibility to inform you of exact delivering timings, delays or re-delivery details. We currently use Parcelforce as our primary shipping carrier.

European Delivery - currently suspended

We currently offer delivery to a select number of European destinations. Please note, additional local customs fees and taxes may apply to these shipments.

The appropriate option will be displayed during checkout based on the country selected in the shipping address.

Subscription deliveries 

First delivery will be made within one week. Subsequent deliveries are then batched into beginning and mid month - batching our deliveries helps keeps costs down which we will endeavour to always pass on to you.

Delivery To An Alternative Address

Sake is a sensitive product so please take extra care to specify the correct delivery address to avoid unnecessary delays. Adding your contact details will help ensure you’re notified in the event of a rearranged delivery.

You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as your place of work or to a friend or relative. Simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry, our couriers will make every attempt to notify you and arrange either re-delivery or collection of your package from a convenient location if you are not there to pick it up.  Pro tip: adding your full contact details during checkout will help ensure you’re quickly notified in the event of a rearranged delivery.

Please note, if we are required to arrange any additional re-deliveries we reserve the right to pass on the additional cost to you. 

My delivery has not arrived, what can I do?

The most up to date information is usually found via the tracking link in your confirmation email, please check this first. If the link does not work or you are unsure about the status information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Check your delivery address is correct, particularly your order is a gift for someone else. Addresses must be complete and accurate, including company name where applicable, to avoid risk of non-delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you find an error or gap in your delivery address details.

Please note, we are unable to provide replacements where orders are incorrectly delivered, or not delivered, due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details. Please ensure you provide the full address during checkout.

Returns and replacements

We think you’re going to love your sake but if there’s anything you’re not 100% happy with, just let us know and you can have your money back. No quibbles.

If your sake is clearly in poor condition, e.g. discoloured, foul smelling, or flat in the case of sparkling sake, please contact us as soon as possible and we can send you a replacement.
